Fitness motivation,how?



  Hello readers, i am currently enjoying with my semester break and during this free time i decided to make a drastic change in my life, that need a huge motivation. As a result of  the busy schedule as students it is quite a long time i did not go for exercise. My weight start to increase and my body become bigger and this make my friends and my family quite worried and they always asking me go for exercise.

  I do to play sports in a regular basis,  i always play futsal (indoor soccer) at least once a week,it is an exercise which will make me sweat but it didn't enough for me. because it does not give a boost to my stamina and energy level. In fact, when playing it i will easily get tired after 20-30 minutes after the game begin. But totally i enjoyed this sports so much.

  Now, its holiday and there is so many free times to me. I had spent most of my time reading the books 'Happiness Project' by Gretchen Rubin. So many info that i get about how to be happy. I also spend this free time to continue write on my blog, play futsal, go to cinema once a week, hang out with friends and family and many more.

   And i think this is the best time for me to workout and go to the gym to get back my fitness and to stay active in future,but the problem is there is lack of motivation. Laziness become the obstacle right now, i now i must go for gym frequently and start from this time i will start go for gym and workout to get back fitness.

  Yes and i hope this will become a milestone for me to stay healthy and active in the future. Additionally i will visit Australia at the end of this month and i am so excited and looking forward to visit the beautiful country.

 Yeah so my friends lets choose to be happy in our life because its just once and hope that all of u to take care and enjoy your day. May God bless all of us. See u !!
